3 hours walking excursion in Tallinn
Although Tallinn is the largest city of Estonia it is relatively small comparing to other European capital cities – it has a population of approx. 420 000 people. Our guide will meet you at the harbour and after 5-10 minutes walking you will admire the old town of the city. During our tour you will see Town Walls with Great Coastal Gate and Fat Margaret Tower, House of the Brotherhood of Black Heads, Orthodox Church of St Nicholas and Cathedral of Saint Mary the Virgin also called Dome Church – main Lutheran church in Estonia situated on Toompea Hill. During the walk we will be able to enjoy really nice view from the top of the city of the Town Hall Square and other parts of Tallinn’s Old Town. Other highlights on our way will be: Danish King’s Garden on the slopes of Toompea Hill, Toompea Castle where today Estonian Parliament has its seat, Nevsky Orthodox Cathedral and many others picturesque sites of Tallinn’s Old Town which was included by UNESCO in the World Heritage List.
